We want you to love your Wagli purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at ulasworldllc@gmail.com with your order number. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
